Here’s why I go to the gym after work
I’ve always loved going to the gym and lifting heavy weights, and when I go into the gym after a hard day of work, this helps lower my stress. Now I’ll typically do 5 to 6 days a week, sometimes I’ll do about 3 days in a regular gym, but then I’ll also do 2 to 3 days of crossfit because I’m also getting that cardio aspect. So not only do you want to lift heavy, you also want to hit cardio, that way you can also increase your red blood count, but more importantly, you’re able to stay healthy for you and your loved ones.
