How I avoid getting sick (it might work for you!)
Last year I was getting sick a lot, I was getting a lot of colds, I had a really bad flu… I changed this one thing, and since then I haven’t gotten sick in the last year. I’ll typically do sauna 3-4 times a week at least 20 minutes after my workout. I can’t say for a fact that sauna is the main contributor for me not getting sick, but I know that I feel AMAZING after getting in the sauna. What are your tips for keeping healthy?
