Last year, I was getting sick a lot. I was getting a lot of colds, I had a really bad flu. but I changed this one thing and since then, I haven’t gotten sick at all. I’ll typically do sauna 3 to 4 times every week, at least 20 minutes after my workout. Now I can’t say for a fact that the sauna has been the main contributor for me not getting sick, but I know for a fact that I feel great after 20 minutes of being in the sauna.
